  1. What are your payment options? Maurey Instrument accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa. If you have an open account you may use an authorized purchase order for net 20 day terms. Additionally, orders may be prepaid or COD shipments can be requested.

  3. How do I place an order? If sending by fax or email please provide the following information: bill and ship to address, purchase order number, payment and shipping method, part number, quantity, quoted unit price, date required, and authorized buyer's name.

  4. How do I retrieve a specification sheet? Specification sheets are available by visiting our engineering page. Please phone for login and password.

  5. Are your products repairable? Most units can be repaired. Our policy is that the unit be sent to our factory for an evaluation. Our charge to evaluate is $25.00. Once the product has been evaluated, we will phone the customer and advise the cost to repair. If you choose to repair the unit, the evaluation charge will be waived. If the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, the unit will be repaired at no charge to the customer.

  6. What is your return policy? All standard products may be returned if the unit/units have not been soldered. All returns must be made within 90 days from date of invoice. If the product is considered nonstandard, we have a noncancellable/nonreturnable policy. You will be notified at the time of purchase if the unit is nc/nr.

  7. Can a Certificate of Conformance be provided? Yes. Upon request, a C of C will be sent with your order.

  8. Does Maurey custom build around my design? A large percentage of our production is devoted to the designing of custom units. These are tailored to the exact requirements of a customer. Designs of this nature frequently involve miniaturizing large components, adding internal switches, providing high torque mechanisms, meeting unusual environmental specifications, incorporating helical spring return mechanisms, or designing a multitude of other devices to meet a particular requirement. This is the type of design and manufacture in which Maurey excels.
